This is a budget hotel. Room price is commendable. Location, while near Platinum Fashion Mall, can access thru' dark lane at night. There is no issue in the day. It is a no-frail hotel, just good to rest for the night. The room is clean and the aircon is cold but really small.

The receptionists are friendly. However, the room is small and super unclean. It looks nothing like in the pictures. There are loud noises at night which can ruin your sleep(a haunted hotel for sure). If you are a clean person this is not a recommended place to stay. The bed sheets are stained and there is hair on them. You also have to deposit a thousand baht when checking in. The hotel is on a small path it gets dark at night which is kinda dangerous.

This hotel has super tricky location. Do not stay here you are going to waste your money. Rooms are different from the pictures. Their washroom is not clean at all. They don’t give hand towels or even face cloth. Their bath towels has stains and holes in it, some bath towels looks like a rug, I requested another two extra fresh towels but they still give me towels with a lot of stain. I also ask for flat iron as there’s nothing in the room but the front desk said they don’t have it and as far as I know there should be one flatiron in the room. Lastly, the room is not that soundproof you can hear all the noises from other guests room.

The hotel is not a recommendation, the room photos do not match, it is noisy, the old receptionist at the front is not friendly, it is cramped on each floor

the Receptionist are always smile and help us which I greatly appreciated. The room was also clean. However, the hotel is situated in a quiet alleyway and about 10 minutes walk to Pratunam Market/Platinum.

the hotel was very small and goes through a narrow and dark alley. there is only one receptionist and is often not there, entry is very difficult. many additional fees are charged for no reason. because the hotel is very small and cramped, noise can be heard from the next room. highly not recommended!

- The female staff on morning shift was not friendly at all. She didn't explain the T&C about the deposit. The female staff on evening shift was friendly. - Room is dirty. They have housekeeping to clean everyday but still dirty, you can see a lot of dirts next to the beds - the water from aircon was leaking on the first night. - located in small alley & quite far from the BTS station. With this fare per night better get another hotel.

The rooms are clean, easy to talk with staff very helpful, the area was good for shopping all are just near you can just walk. it was a great experience, plan to check in again for next year songkran festival.
